Q. How do I become a volunteer coach?

. Approval is contingent upon the Applicant passing a mandatory criminal background check.
Q. Is my registration fee refundable if I withdraw my child from the program?
A. Registration fees are fully refundable within 30 days of the first practice.
Q. Can I pay my outstanding registration fees online?
A. Yes.
- On our homepage, click "Edit My Account" in the left navigation menu, or login via the Login button in the top right corner.
- A list of your family's registrations and balance should appear.
- Click the green "Pay Now" button to pay via PayPal.

Q. Do you offer scholarships?
A. Our Athletic & Community Service scholarship is a $1,000 scholarship available to college-bound seniors of the Oxford Hills. We do also have some limited need-based funds available for our youth programs.
